The Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns Of The Patriots downloadable content
Konami announced a few days ago is now available for download on
PS Store. The content comes in the form of a database covering all
things Metal Gear - you'll be treated to archives detailing characters,
weapons, and plot lines that will cover all the Metal Gear titles
since the NES original in 1987.
The
format is based on three central hubs that allows users to jump
around the pool of information by using specific keywords that will
bring up all relevant information instantly. If you're not one of
the 1 million plus consumers who have already bought MGS4 however,
you won't be able to access any data regarding Snake's final mission
- the catch is the game detects whether you have completed the game
to avoid spoiling the adventure. But I'm sure if you're curious
about the story, how it unfolds and ends you've already done your
fair share of YouTubing as I have.
